As HIV/AIDS Workplace Intervention program gains momentum in the organization and becomes one of the pivotal pillars in the CSR initiatives, HCC has recently announced its HIV/AIDS Workplace Policy. The Policy reflects the importance the Company attaches to the cause of imparting HIV/AIDS awareness to help create a non-discriminating work environment that matches to the international workplace standards.
