Mr. Nakul Pasricha is a business leader with over 27 years of experience across technology, healthcare, financial services and entrepreneurship. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PharmaSecure, a leading provider of technology-enabled anti-counterfeiting and traceability solutions serving the pharmaceutical and other industries across India, Africa and international markets.

He led PharmaSecure's growth into a leading authentication and supply chain security solutions provider and is a co-inventor of the Company's patented authentication technology. He is also Co-Promoter and Director of Flexing It, one of Asia's leading on-demand talent platforms. Earlier, he held technology leadership positions with Citibank and General Electric, leading technology and business transformation initiatives.

Mr. Pasricha has played an active role in advancing industry initiatives on anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property rights. He served two terms as President of the Authentication Solution Providers' Association and currently serves as its Vice President. He is also a member of the National Intellectual Property Rights Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Mr. Pasricha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Gettysburg College, USA, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA. He serves on the Boards of PharmaSecure Inc. (USA), PharmaSecure PAS India Private Limited, Flexing It Services Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Flexing It Services Private Limited.
